Your data, your control

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026. This policy explains what information EVBharat collects and how we use it. In short: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the "talk to an expert" form, we collect the details you enter — name, contact (phone/email), city and your EV preferences — solely to respond to your request.

Automatically collected. Like most websites, we may collect basic, non-identifying analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate region) to understand what's useful and improve the site.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry with an EV shortlist or answer your question.
  • To improve our content, tools and data accuracy.
  • To keep the site secure and functioning.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
  • We don't spam you — we contact you only about the request you made.
  • We don't require an account to use any tool on the site.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies needed for the site to work and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings without breaking core features.

Third-party services

Some pages load services like Google Fonts, map tiles (OpenStreetMap) or charging-station data (Open Charge Map). These providers may receive standard request data (such as your IP) as part of delivering their service. We don't share your form details with them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal details you submitted. Email us via the contact page and we'll action it.

This policy may be updated as the site grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
